These terms govern use of DearlyBook, including host accounts, invite links, and contributor submissions.

Agreement
By using DearlyBook you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
DearlyBook lets hosts create digital keepsake books, invite contributors, review stories, and unlock recipient views. Features may change as we improve the product. Pre-launch pricing offers may change with notice on the site.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your email accurate so we can reach you about security or account changes. You may delete your account from your profile settings.
Content and invites
- Hosts control invite links and are responsible for who they share those links with.
- Contributors grant DearlyBook and the host permission to store and display submitted stories, photos, and signatures inside the related DearlyBook.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to break security, scrape private books, abuse invite links, reverse engineer protected systems, or use DearlyBook for spam or harassment.
Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DearlyBook is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
